Delivery Policy for Sissy's Sweets N Treats

Effective Date: December 6th 2025

 

At Sissy's Sweets N Treats, we strive to ensure your baked goods arrive fresh, safe, and on time. This Delivery Policy explains how we handle local deliveries for online orders.

 

1. Delivery Area

  • We currently deliver to Alpha, Pohatcong, Lopatcong, & Stewartsville.

  • Delivery outside this area is not available at this time.

  • Please check your zip code during checkout to confirm we can deliver to your location.

 

2. Delivery Schedule

  • Orders are delivered Monday-Tuesday & Saturday-Sunday.

  • Delivery times are generally between 6pm–8pm, Monday-Tuesday & 3pm-5pm, Saturday-Sunday, depending on your location.

  • We ask customers to place orders at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

  • Exact delivery times cannot always be guaranteed, but we will communicate estimated arrival times via email or text.

 

3. Delivery Fees

  • A standard delivery fee of  $5.00 applies to all local deliveries.

  • Free delivery may be available for orders over $50.00.

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

 

4. Order Requirements

  • Orders must be placed online via our website or via email/text.

  • Include complete delivery details: full address, contact number, and any special instructions (e.g., gate codes, buzzer number).

  • We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

 

5. Handling and Safety

  • All baked goods are handled with care and delivered in food-safe packaging to maintain freshness and quality.

  • We follow [COVID-19 safety protocols, if applicable] to ensure contactless delivery when requested.

 

6. Changes and Cancellations

  • Orders can be changed or canceled up to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery.

  • After this window, changes may not be possible as the order may already be in preparation.

 

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photos if possible.

  • We will make every effort to replace the item or issue a refund.
